I Am
I am my own Rock
I am what I count on
Strong, invulnerable
I'll hold you up
   I say
I'll keep you safe
   I say
I'm here to help
                         But can I help myself


I am strong
Is it good to be?
Can let them in
And learn to count on them
                Trust
Just a word
Open, vulnerable


You want to save me
         You say
You want to hold me
         You say
You want to help me
                              Will I let you?
